Terms & Conditions - FORGED Fitness

Last updated: March 2026

Keeping it black and white; here is the legal stuff to keep our members and visitors safe and well informed. All members and guests of FORGED Fitness must follow our policies which are part of the FORGED Fitness membership agreement. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with the policies below.

Who needs to follow these policies?

The FORGED Fitness team, members and their guests.

Why do you need to follow these policies?

We've created these policies to ensure we maintain an enjoyable, safe space for all members and guests whilst upholding club standards.

What happens if I don't follow these policies?

If you don't comply, we may ask you to leave the gym, deny you access, or terminate your membership depending on the seriousness of the situation. We will always be fair when applying our policies.

Our facilities

FORGED Fitness now includes two gym spaces:

FORGED Fitness Studio

Open 24/7 for members with valid access.

FORGED Fitness Factory
15 Hudson Crescent, Lavington NSW 2641

Open 4:00am to 11:00pm for members with valid access.

Your access will depend on the membership type you have selected. Some memberships include access to one facility only, while all-access memberships include access to both FORGED Fitness Studio and FORGED Fitness Factory.

Before you start:

Talk to your doctor before starting a new fitness program or using our facilities. Each time you use our facilities, you must ensure you are in good physical condition and know of no medical or other reasons why you should not exercise. You must not use our facilities if you are suffering from any illness, disease, injury or other condition that could be a risk to your health, safety, or that of other members.

Membership:

Every time you enter a FORGED Fitness facility, you must use your access fob or present yourself to staff at reception to sign in. No one else may use your access fob. If your fob is used by someone else, your membership may be suspended or cancelled.

If your membership fees are not up to date, or your membership is on hold, suspended or terminated, club access will be denied until all outstanding amounts are paid. You will remain liable for all unpaid amounts.

When signing a membership agreement, you commit to fulfilling the minimum term of the membership you have purchased.

Flexi memberships require 7 days’ written notice to cancel. Fixed-term memberships, including 3-month and 12-month memberships, are subject to the minimum term agreed to at sign-up. Once the initial term ends, your membership may automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled. FORGED Fitness reserves the right to update or cancel your membership once you are out of term, with 30 days’ written notice.

Memberships are not transferable to another person without management approval. All upfront memberships are non-refundable and are not eligible for a membership hold.

Membership fees are subject to adjustment. All members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any fee changes.

Membership freeze:

You may temporarily freeze your membership for any reason if your account is up to date. In any 3 and 12-month period, you may freeze for a minimum of 1 week up to a maximum of 6 weeks. A weekly charge applies while your membership is frozen. The minimum term will be extended for the same duration as the freeze period. Freezes cannot be backdated. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing.

Visit us at reception or email: hello@forgedfitness.com.au

Membership cancellation:

You may cancel your membership by visiting reception and completing a cancellation form, or by requesting one via email at hello@forgedfitness.com.au.

Flexi memberships require 7 days’ written notice to cancel.

Fixed-term memberships, including 3-month and 12-month memberships, are subject to the minimum term agreed to at sign-up. If cancelling during your minimum term, cancellation fees or remaining fees may apply as per your membership agreement.

Direct debits will continue until the cancellation process is complete and confirmation has been provided.

Access fob:

If your access fob is lost or stolen, please see our reception staff to organise a replacement. A replacement fee applies. Access fobs are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another member's name. A new access fob is included with every new membership.

Direct debit & payments, Updated March 2026

All membership fee payments are collected by direct debit via credit or debit card through our billing provider. You will be provided with a copy of the direct debit agreement that applies to your payments.

You must ensure there are sufficient funds in your nominated account on your usual payment day. If your payment falls on a weekend, it will be processed on the following Monday. If you would like to change your payment day, please contact us.

From Saturday 21 March 2026, any failed payment will incur a $4 dishonour fee per payment attempt, charged by our payment system. To avoid this, please ensure your account has sufficient funds on your payment day.

All members are responsible for keeping their payment information up to date. If your details change, please contact us directly.

If membership fees or outstanding balances remain unpaid after we have made reasonable attempts to contact you, your account may be referred to Ecollect for collections. You will remain liable for any unpaid membership fees, failed payment fees, and any applicable recovery costs.
