Designed to support recovery, relaxation, and overall wellbeing, our private sauna sessions are ideal after a tough training session, on a rest day, or anytime you need to slow down and reset.
Using advanced infrared technology, each session helps target sore muscles, support circulation, encourage deep relaxation, and create a calm space to unwind. Sessions run for 45 minutes and can be booked for one person or two people sharing the private room.
Private sauna access is available exclusively to active FORGED members. Sessions have been discounted as an added perk for our members.
