Personalised Training Programs

Our training programs are designed to give you structure, clarity, and confidence in your training in our gym.

Whether you are brand new to the gym, returning after time away, or simply wanting more structure and confidence in your training, our programs are built specifically for you.

A fully customised program: Each program is built around you. Before anything is written, you will complete a detailed questionnaire so we can understand your goals, training history, injuries, preferences, lifestyle, and current fitness level. Nothing generic, nothing copy and paste.

Built for your ability level: Your program is tailored to match where you are at right now, not where you think you should be. Exercises, volume, and intensity are selected so you can train confidently, progress safely, and actually enjoy your sessions.

Guided walkthrough session: Once your program is ready, we book you in for a one on one walkthrough at the gym. This session runs for approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour.

During this session we will:

  • Take you through every exercise in your program

  • Show you how to use each piece of equipment correctly

  • Coach you through technique, setup, and movement patterns

  • Answer any questions so you feel confident training on your own

You will leave knowing exactly what to do each session and how to get the most out of your training.

Optional InBody Scan:
You also have the option to complete an InBody body composition scan as part of your program setup. This gives you a clear and comprehensive starting point, including:

  • Body composition breakdown

  • Muscle mass and fat mass

  • Baseline data to track progress

As a Forged member, you can repeat InBody scans every 6 to 8 weeks at no extra cost, allowing you to track real progress over time.
