At FORGED Fitness Studio, our programs are designed in house and delivered by Allan. Each program is built around your goals, experience level, schedule, injuries, and the way you want to train, not a generic one size fits all template.

Allan specialises in strength training, muscle building, and helping people feel confident in the gym. His approach focuses on good movement, clear structure, and realistic progression without overcomplicating training.
You can complete an InBody body composition scan as part of your program setup, giving you a clear starting point for muscle mass, fat mass, and progress tracking. FORGED members can repeat InBody scans every 6 to 8 weeks at no extra cost.

How often are programs updated?
Programs can be updated as you progress or when your goals change. This might be when you are ready to use more challenging equipment, increase training volume, or adjust your focus. Any update is treated as a fresh program and will incur a new setup fee.
Do I need training experience?
No. Programs are designed for all levels. The goal is to give you structure and confidence so you know exactly what to do each time you train, regardless of your experience.
Is this personal training?
This is structured program design, not full personal training, but it does include guidance and support. It is ideal if you want clear direction without committing to ongoing one-on-one sessions.
How much does a program cost?
Programs are $60 as a once-off payment. We have kept the cost accessible so members can get quality structure and support without committing to ongoing sessions or contracts.
