🔐 TAILGATING DECLARATION
EVERY MEMBER MUST FOB IN
We've introduced a new AI security system at FORGED to detect tailgating and help keep our members safe.
Our system will detected that someone entered the gym without using their own access fob.
WHO ENTERED THE GYM WITH YOU?
During our grace period until 30 November 2026, we're giving members the opportunity to identify anyone who entered without using their own fob.
Please complete the form below to let us know who accessed the gym with you.
[MEMBER CHECK-IN FORM]
🚨 NO TAILGATING. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Every member MUST use their own access fob when entering the gym, even if they're entering with another member.
From 1 December 2026:
Members detected tailgating will receive a formal warning.
Continued breaches may result in both memberships being cancelled, including the member allowing someone else to enter.
These measures aren't about making things difficult. They're about protecting our members
